Hi SAPC folks,

Just curious if anyone uses a survey or evaluation tool of your victim advocacy/support services. Would love to see examples if you're willing to share. Would also appreciate hearing how people implement it (who sends it out, where does it get sent back to, how is it kept anonymous, etc.).
