Hello,
If a student is found "responsible" for a Title IX violation on your campuses (I'm particularly interested in sexual misconduct), and the sanction is suspension for a certain amount of time, do you ever require students to complete some kind of treatment if the student chooses to return to campus after their suspension ends?
If so, what sort of treatment options do you use? For example, for a DV case, I could see a student potentially being mandated to complete a certified batter's intervention treatment and having some sort of recommendation from a therapist/case manager that s/he "successfully" completed treatment. What is there for sexual assault?
Thank you,
Elizabeth
