At UCF, in partnership with our IT programmers, we designed and built a record management database that allows us to accurately and confidentially record and track information for our cases and also allows for the generation of department and advocate based monthly reports for both internal and external grant funded initiatives. Please feel free to contact me directly if you have questions or would like additional information.

Take Care,

Christine

Subject: Database for tracking cases

Good morning,

Could you share the vehicle (software programs, etc.) that you use to store information about reported sexual violence cases? Currently we are using Excel, which I’m certain is not the most efficient or effective program.

Best,

Katie Dalton
