I would also like to receive this information, as we need to identify & implement a good system.

Our area's rape crisis agency uses I-Carol:  http://www.icarol.com/ and it is a wonderful system, allowing online volunteer sign-up for shifts, providing shift reminders, a newsletter feature, and volunteers complete an online form after a victim contact.  But the cost is more than my budget will allow.

At my office, we use Point N Click: http://www.pointnclick.com/, to manage appointments for substance abuse counseling & victim crisis counseling (follow up after interaction with the 24 hour service).  But it doesn't handle the victim advocate schedule, allow volunteers to schedule their shifts, provide shift reminders, or host forms.

Good Afternoon:

We are beginning the process of looking into different databases/electronic client record systems that can house confidential information. What are some of the different databases that people are using for advocacy services? What do you
like about them? What are the downsides? Specifically, one of the programs we have been looking into is Titanium, so anything specific about that would be great.

Any information is good information. Thanks for your suggestions.
