Binghamton University has adopted Green Dot [
http://www.livethegreendot.com/ ] and the students are making great
strides with prevention. Please note, students are not trained
facilitators, but they can gather buy-in from students, introduce the
staff who are facilitators, tell their own stories as part of the
training, and help get students committed to being good bystanders.
I strongly encourage anyone interested in the program to contact
Jennifer Sayre for more information at
Keep up the good work!
Beth

Hello-
I wanted to tap into the great minds of the listserv to hear
recommendations on peer education models for sexual violence
prevention. We know there is a lot out there, but it would be great to
hear about specific programs or curricula that you’ve seen as
effective and hear a few thoughts on why.
Have a great afternoon!
Thanks,
