There is an excellent resource on pdf and available from Legal Momentum, prepared by the National Judicial Education Program,
I have used it in trainings for a wide range of disciplines including advocate training. It is quite interesting, but a bit startling too. I have it on pdf but I'm sure you can download it if you visit the legal momentum site or click the embedded link. I highly recommend
it.
