Dear Colleagues, Does anyone know of any research articles specifically addressing the impact of peer conduct boards on survivor reporting or willingness to go through the conduct process? I was asked to provide some research beyond anecdotal data and survivor testimonies as to the negative impact peer review boards can have on survivor reporting.
