Our program is in the process of going through many changes. One of the
changes is how we document our cases. One of the things that the
Director of Student Health Services has asked me to do was see how other
universities document their cases. Currently we have a system that is
not connected to any other system, but not very user friendly. We are
looking at moving to more of electronic medical record documentation
(Point and Click-that is linked to each student) that will have a
firewall in place so that our records will continue to be a little more
private. I think this system will work but have some questions about
it.
So if you would please email me at
to discuss
some of the ways that documentation is being done, I would greatly
appreciate it. Also if you are currently using some form of electronic
medical records, could you please tell me how you document anonymous
reports or if you take anonymous reports at all.
Thanks,
Michelle
