You can add Pacific Lutheran University to your list as well. We have
(with a faculty panel) hosted the film, and I've used it with our men's
group repeatedly. In the larger venue, we used the edited version, and I
concur with Ross that it does just as good a job with a lower gross-out
factor. Our men's group electd to see the un-edited version at the last
retreat and all wished we'd wished the edited version afterward simply
because we all felt ill. It is a great film with a powerful message, but be
prepared for the discussion afterward. Good luck!
