http://www.takebackthenight.org had a downloadable organizing guide on their
website in the past, but I cannot seem to find it there now. They may be
willing to send it to you if you contact them.
I would also recommend contacting your state sexual and domestic violence
coalition, the Virginia Sexual and Domestic Violence Action Alliance. They
may also have organizing resources and advice that can help you:
