The Office of Student Conduct at UC Irvine issues no contact orders to
both parties in cases of sexual assault or other forms of assault or
violence. Once our office receives and assesses the information
regarding the incident, we issue the directive for both parties to
stay at least 100 feet of each other and to not contact each other via
phone, e-mail, text messaging, etc. This directive is in place until
the case is adjudicated.
Please let me know if you have any specific questions on our no
contact orders.
Thanks,
Edgar Dormitorio
