Happy New Year, friends in the movement!  I'm glad so many of you found the
"Holidays Shouldn't Hurt" campaign useful.  

 

You might remember the Valentine's Day cards I give out for free each year -
I can send them as attachments to whomever wants to use them.  They can be
adapted with your agency's information.

 

The front of the card features a heart with an equal sign - the image that
has now become my logo.  The front says, "Valentine, don't just be 'mine.'"
Open the card and it says "Be *yours,* too!"  (It's also called the
"Valentine, Be Yours" card - I was sick of the whole "be mine" stuff.)  

 

There are four versions that I can send you as email attachments.  The
English version is as I described.  There are two versions that have been
translated into Spanish by kind Spanish-speaking advocates, and one other
English "Consent Card" that can be used by rape crisis centers.

 

If you'd like me to email you the cards, please email me back and let me
know which versions to send as Microsoft Word attachments.  

 

On another note, I am setting up Spring performances of "Voices of Men" and
would love to come to your area.  "Voices of Men" is a one-man play that
uses humor and celebrity male voice impressions to educate audiences about
sexual violence, dating and domestic violence, etc.  I perform at colleges,
high schools, military installations, conferences etc.  Please take a moment
