I know this issue comes up all the time but I was wondering how other schools
deal with access issues with a student who has charges pending against him
for sexual assault against another student at a school-related outing. We do
not have a set policy in place for denying access to the accused until he is
found guilty. We have our own disciplinary hearing procedures but they are
not immediate.
Thanks.
