Don't be fooled!!! Marriott has not settled the lawsuit, only stopped their
victim blaming legal strategy which was causing (well deserved) backlash to
their bottom line.  They are still proceeding w/other intimidating tactics
like "outing" the victim to her friends, family and co-workers via issuing
subpoenas 

I've got an action alert posted on SFV outlining a 7 point plan for how
Marriott should respond to this debacle to demonstrate real concern for
victim safety.
