I am just curious... do campuses with alcohol amnesty policies also come
with the disclaimer that their student judicial policies do not protect
students from criminal complaints that might be brought against them by law
enforcement? Do such disclaimer have a chilling effect on use of services?

As someone who used to work for a campus victim advocacy program that was
housed in a campus police department, I am always interested in student's
(and occasionally administrator's) lack of distinction between campus
judicial processes and actual law.

Good morning.  I'm interested in hearing input about implementing a
written alcohol amnesty policy. I think a published policy is
important for victims who may be hesitant to seek services in fear of
punishment for drinking on campus or underage.

Do any folks have such a policy in place?  If so, would you be willing
to share?  I'm also interested to hear if mandatory alcohol
assessments are in the policy or if any other outcomes are included
that might feel like a sanction.  Also, is your policy ever marketed
on campus?  Thanks for any information you can share about content or
process!
