I believe Gail Stern at Catharsis Productions (Sex Signals) has put together
some bystander intervention programming directed specifically at women, so
that may be one option.

Men Can Stop Rape's "Gut Check" Bystander Intervention training addresses
intervention from both men's and women's perspectives, so may also work for
you if you are pairing it with our posters.
