Without inserting myself into a particular situation I know too little 
about, I would just like to encourage those with or without seniority or 
years of experience to step in respectfully when they see or hear 
something they feel isn't right. Mentors can be wonderful for this, but 
we all have our own unique contributions to make to the field and 
newcomers may have a different perspective to offer.
