Actually, I am now more confused. Given that the definition of bias that
Daniel shared involves "incidents (that) do not involve criminal
conduct", are you trying to protect the anonymity of a survivor who also
happens to have experienced a bias incident? Or, are you talking about
survivors of acts of sexual violence that also have a bias-related
aspect?
I guess another way of framing my questions is, are you looking for
anonymity policies related to bias-reporting, or are you looking for a
policy intersection between bias reporting and sexual violence reporting
with regard to anonymity?
Sorry, I guess I have a lot of questions.
