Great question! We were also planning to develop a faculty/staff
training at OSU, and would also be interested if anyone knows of other
models out there.
Thanks much,
Linda

Subject: gatekeeper-style training model?

Good afternoon,

I was wondering if anyone is aware of a gatekeeper-style of training
aimed at increasing entry points to student support services for
students affected by rape or sexual assault.  I am interested in
something similar to the QPR model for suicide prevention that trains
students, faculty, and staff to be better at responding to a friend or
student who may come to them looking for help or guidance after an
assault - mainly with referral skills and how not to shut someone down
when they are reaching out.

I would appreciate any leads people may have.

Thanks,

Anna P.
