I also used my personal Amazon account to contact the company
(T-ShirtsCom). I sent an email using the email form, but it also
listed
a phone number as 847-281-3100. I also contacted Amazon directly
(again
by signing into my account and filling out their email form); their
customer service phone number is listed as 1-866-216-1072. You can
"skip
the sign in" step for Amazon and still send them an email, but I
wanted
them to know I was a frequent customer.

I sent my emails earlier today, but haven't heard back yet either.
