Here's one idea that's a little off the wall, but just thought I'd throw it
out there, as it's been used previously. Last year New Mexico was determined
to try to curb drinking and driving. Since men were overwhelmingly the DWI
offenders in New Mexico, they decided to put talking urinal cakes in bars &
restaurants that delivered a message when the urinals were used. Could this
same technology be utilized to deliver a message to men regarding drug
