Dominion University. Violence against women is her research area and she
studied at UNH at the Family Violence Research Center with Murray
Straus.

Tom, your best help there might be someone in the social psychology
field as they track this phenomenon. Specifically for sexual assault, I
don't know who would have that information because that would almost
seem untrackable. Best of luck to you

help discern willingness to intervene. We are still wondering if anyone
knows about what we are seeking? I thought it came out of the work of

Coordinator in the Women's Center at Pacific Lutheran University in

This conference will showcase best practice models for effectively 
engaging communities in addressing violence against women. One of few 
conferences like it in the nation, professionals, college and university

staff, faculty and students from all over the Northwest region will
attend.

      *Dr. Sut Jhally*, one of the world's leading experts on 
advertising and media will give the keynote address the evening of 
_April 10th_. An exciting day of workshops with local and national 
leaders in the field will begin on the morning of _April 11th_.

Hello all -

While this is a temporary position, it is working with fantastic people
and could be a great opportunity out there for someone... It is in
Raleigh, NC

The Injury and Violence Prevention Branch (IVPB) seeks a temporary
employee to provide support for the Rape Prevention and Education (RPE)
Program.  This temporary full-time position will begin as soon as the
position is filled and continue for several months, possibly longer.  No
guarantees can be made regarding position continuation beyond 10/31/08. 
The IVPB will provide a work space (cubicle) and expects the temporary
employee to work on-site except when the job duties require work
elsewhere.  

Salary range: $15 - $22/hour depending on experience 

Please note:  This temporary position does not include any benefits or
paid vacation or sick leave.
