Develop, coordinate, implement and evaluate Wellness and Women's Center
programs to promote general wellness and healthy behaviors for
university students. Provide programming, with other departments, staff
and relevant community agencies, on issues such as alcohol, sexual
responsibility, stress, women's issues, diversity, and tobacco. Hire,
train, and oversee work of 20+ Peer Educators. Monitor the Center's
daily operations and budget. Support other campus-wide and Student
Affairs activities. 
 
Required: Master's degree in student affairs, counseling, health
education, public health, or related field; recent experience educating
about health and/or women's issues, training peer educators, and
coordinating and implementing campus-wide programs; demonstrated ability
to work effectively with diverse population of college students.
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills; a
successful interview. 
 
Preferred: Experience with Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and the
internet. 
 
M - F, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Occasional evening or weekend work. 
 
Starting Salary: $37,242 annually; comprehensive benefits including
undergraduate tuition waiver for employee and dependents.
