Executive Director of the National Organization of Men's Outreach for Rape 
Education, Inc.

The National Organization of Men’s Outreach for Rape Education, Inc. (NO 
MORE) seeks a new Executive Director to begin employment on or about June 
1, 2006.  NO MORE is a 501 (c) 3 public non-profit organization dedicated 
to working toward a day when there is no more rape, and no more need for 
our organization.  We focus on the thoughtful application of theory and 
research to rape prevention programming – we follow what research shows 
works best and continuously try to make it even better. NO MORE provides 
presentations, training, and technical assistance to men and women, with a 
focus on all-male programming targeted toward colleges, high schools, the 
military, and local community organizations. We also serve as an umbrella 
organization and support system for 20 campus based all-male sexual assault 
peer education groups affiliated with our organization, called "One in 
Four." We distribute educational videos to organizations throughout North 
America. Our largest outreach effort is the "One in Four RV Tour," whereby 
professional peer-educators travel nationwide to present rape prevention 
programs to male students at over 50 college campuses per year.

The Executive Director (ED) of NO MORE Inc. is the senior full-time 
position in the organization.  The ED reports directly to the President of 
NO MORE (a volunteer position) and indirectly to the Board of Directors. 
The ED serves as the immediate supervisor for our four national peer 
educators whom we employ from August to May each year to deliver 
presentations as part of the “One in Four” RV Tour.  The ED manages the 
substantial day-to-day logistics of the tour and of the organization.
