I'm posting at the request of a colleague here at Oklahoma State.  
Thanks in advance for the assistance!

It has recently come to our attention that in a University's Policies  
and Procedures many schools have an explicit Sexual Assault Policy  
and Protocol (outside the Student Code of Conduct). We were wondering  
if the people that work on college campuses could say if they have an  
explicit sexual assault policy includes "Sexual Misconduct" or  
something similar, separate from a student code of conduct. For  
example our University has a sexual assault policy in our code of  
conduct but does not have anything in the "official" University  
Policies where sexual harassment, employment , and technology  
policies exist. So we are looking for schools that have a distinct  
sexual assault policy at the University level, separate from the  
Student Code of Conduct. We'd also be interested if the institutional  
sexual harassment policy has a distinct sexual assault section. We  
would greatly appreciate examples, you can e-mail them to me off-list  
so as not to clog up the e-mail. THANK YOU!!!
