Hello all:
I hope everyone is well and enjoying the fall.
For sexual assault cases, we have a state-certified victim advocate (me) who
is confidential and supports the alleged victim through the legal and/or
campus discrimination and judicial processes.
Does anyone have a guide or support person that informs the accused of
his/her rights and informs them about legal/campus processes?
We wish to create such a position to offer information and guidance for the
accused, but are unsure where/with whom such a job should reside.
Any thoughts or models out there?
