To anyone who can help.
The Sexual Assault Prevention and Education Office (SAPEO) at West
Virginia University is looking into starting a 24 hour student run
crisis line, specifically for sexual assault victims. If you have a
system similar to this at your university, we would appreciate
information regarding the following areas: training, funding, staffing,
structure, legal liability, donation sources (free cell phones), and
finally, tips, advice, stories of success, as well as stories of what
has gone wrong and why.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
