Someone was inquiring about domestic violence conferences or trainings in May. I don't know of any right now that are open to the public, but I'll post them if I become aware of some.
However, I did want to mention that the National Sexual Violence Prevention Conference is May 25-28, 2004 in Los Angeles. When I attended that conference in the past, I found that many of the workshops were general about violence against women and were relevant for DV as well as SA. Below is the link for the conference info.
In Louisiana, we have an annual domestic violence conference with national speakers. This year the conference will be on Sept. 7 - 9, 2004. More information can be found at www.lcadv.org.
