Does anybody know where this researcher might find a "detailed breakdown of
the financing Federal, State, or local" for combatting violence and sexual
assault on college campuses? As far as I know there is no centralized
universal collection of this type of budget information, but would
appreciate any suggestions. Thanks.

My name is Claire Sapp and I am currently enrolled at St. Johns River
Community College in Palatka, FL.
The Comp II class Fall 2003 semester is conducting a research project on the
perceived incidents of increased violence and criminal sexual assault
behavior at selected Florida Colleges and University campuses. I have chosen
to do my interviews and survey of students at the University of Florida,
Gainesville, FL. In interviewing a Lt.Nicholas M. Vellis of the University
Police Dept, he mentioned that you might be helpful in our research. I have
focused my part of the class project on the financing of the programs that
combat the violence and sexual assault on campus. I would appreciate any
information or websites that I might find detailed breakdown of the
financing Federal, State, or local. I have a copy of your 7th Annual Texas
Higher Education Law Conference March3-4, 2003. This has been helpful.
