I don't know if you have this on your list but I am the Central Park Jogger by Trisha Meili, and  Lucky by Alice Sebold are two that are pretty recent that are really excellent books.  More personal account rather than program-oriented, but still great nonetheless.  I have an extensive list of great books filed somewhere.  I will look for it and email you off-list.
