Metasys Users,

We were unsuccessful with upgrading to Metasys 14.0. We have reverted to Metasys 13 and will reschedule the upgrade for a later time, once we have a viable solution to the problem we encountered.

Outage End Date and Time	September 17, 2025, 10:00:00 AM EDT

Outage Type	Scheduled
Reason	We are scheduled to upgrade to Metasys 14 on Wednesday, September 17th, from 6:00 am to 10:00 am. We have verified that access to the Service Management Portal (SMP) and Advanced Reporting remains available. After completing the upgrade, we will conduct a thorough check to confirm that SMP is operational, and we will take corrective action if we find any issues.
