We are scheduled to upgrade to Metasys 14 on Wednesday, September 17th, from 6:00 am to 10:00 am. We have verified that access to the Service Management Portal (SMP) and Advanced Reporting remains available. After completing the upgrade, we will conduct a thorough check to confirm that SMP is operational, and we will take corrective action if we find any issues. |
