Dear friends in Faith and Science:

Greetings to you all at the beginning of this new semester! I hope everyone had a great summer and that you’re settling into the fall routine.

I’m happy to announce that our Faith and Science discussions continue this semester, beginning this Friday, September 9. As usual, we’ll meet at the Center for Christian Study from 4:00 to 5:00 pm. Come a little early for some great snacks (in the Richman Room to your right as you come in the Study Center). 

This week let’s discuss Jeremy England, a physicist at MIT who has been called “the next Darwin.” Interestingly, Dr. England is also a deeply religious man, as the following article points out: http://www.ozy.com/rising-stars/the-man-who-may-one-up-darwin/39217. Let’s read and discuss.
