The VAA is planning to paint Beta Bridge this Thursday to advertise for Ask an Atheist Day. Come to Beta Bridge at 7pm Thursday to hang out and help paint!

Here's a message from Tori about Ask an Atheist Day:

Hey eveyone! 

VAA is hosting our very own "Ask an Atheist" day on Monday, April 18th from 11am-3pm and we need member participation to make it good! Sign up in hour-long time slots to hang out on the lawn and pass out treats or talk to interested passersby. Our goal is to answer questions that the UVa general population has about non-belief. There will be treats like COOKIES. 

What you can do: 

1) Sign up for time slots that you can commit to on the doodle poll: http://doodle.com/poll/p8trdqrha4azp9w2

2) Brainstorm some questions people might have for you, and write them down. It may help get the discussion going!

Lastly, in two weeks the VAA will be holding elections for the next club President and Vice President. These are important and public roles in the club that can shape the culture and future of VAA. If you're potentially interested in a leadership role either in one of these positions or as a club officer next year, send me an email and stay tuned for more information!
