Hi all,

We have VAA alum Frank Bellamy coming to speak about legal issues involving free speech this Thursday at 7pm in New Cabell 315. Frank graduated from UVA's law school two years ago. Many of you will remember his thought-provoking talk about religious exemptions last semester. Hope to see you all there!

Also, looking ahead, the weekend of November 20th/21st VAA is going camping. We have a 12-person cabin in Shenandoah National Park. If you are interested, we will be sending out more details and a survey in the next week or so to gauge interest. Note we are limited to 12 people max, assuming we can get 3 drivers. Although this can be a really fun weekend for everyone, it is camping, so it will be cold, there will be no electricity or bathroom, you will have to hike 1.5 miles in and out with gear (most of which should be supplied). Basically, it is a serious commitment.
