Dear prospective and returning VAAers,
The Virginia Atheists and Agnostics will be holding our first meeting of the year this Thursday, August 27th at 7:00pm by the Homer statue at the south-end of the lawn (in front of Old Cabell Hall). Please note the location change from our flyers! At this meeting we will introduce the officers, briefly describe the club and some of what we plan on doing this fall, and have lots of FREE snacks. I hope to see you there!
In addition, we are hosting our new member party this Saturday starting at 10:00pm at 1411 Gordon Ave. This is a great opportunity to get to know some members of the club. If you'd like to walk from grounds with a group, Kylie (our Vice President) will be heading over from the Chapel at 9:50pm to the party location.
