Hey everyone,

This coming Thursday we will begin the meeting with elections for the positions of VAA President and Vice President. If elected, you will have the opportunity to strongly influence the club and will receive training from the previous President/VP. If you want more details about the positions, ask Alexa or me any questions you might have.

President: The president of VAA is the most visible representative of our club. You will preside over meetings, organize activities and speakers, and take care of a variety of minor administrative tasks. This position requires lots of enthusiasm and vision for the club.

Vice President: The vice president is in charge of running officer meetings and reserving rooms for meetings. You will help organize meetings and speakers. The VP works very closely with the President to make the club run smoothly.

If you are interested in running for either position, contact Alexa ASAP before Thursday!
