Hey everyone!

This week's meeting is Thursday 7pm in Maury 104 (note the location change) where Andy Thomson, who is a UVA psychiatrist at CAPS, fellow nonbeliever, and VAA favorite, will be speaking on suicide and evolution. And yes, the title is no lie: there will be free pizza. Here's a short blurb:

An understanding of evolution, the modern Darwinian synthesis, and our evolutionary history is actually crucial to understanding suicide. And, if you understand suicide, the better you can prevent it in yourself and others.
