Hey all,

We have a meeting this Thursday 7pm at Clark 101. Our speaker is Bill Wilder, the director of the Center for Christian Study. Over the past three years, I've attended a faith and science discussion group he leads, and I've found the back-and-forth dialogue to be extremely fruitful (which you often can't say about believer-nonbeliever interactions seeing as both sides can be stubborn sometimes :P).

Anyway, here's the blurb:

The apostle Paul once wrote to the Corinthian Christians, “If Christ has not been raised, then our preaching is in vain and your faith is in vain.” According to the apostle himself, the Christian faith stands or falls on a historical claim. Join Bill Wilder of the Center for Christian Study for a discussion of Paul’s audacious claim and his argument to that effect in “the resurrection chapter,” 1 Corinthians 15.
