Salutations seculars,

As many of you have no doubt realized, the upcoming fall semester is quickly approaching. In an interest to have a meeting time that will be as convenient as possible for as many of us as possible, we will be informally voting for our preferred meeting day via Doodle poll. We will be having a meeting every week at 7pm. Meetings typically go until 8pm, but there is often informal socializing afterwards. Please select the days of the week that you would like these meetings to fall on, using the "yes" option to indicate preferred days, the "(yes)"/"if need be" option for days on which you would be free but which are not your first choice, and the "no" option only for days on which you absolutely would not or could not attend meetings.

Keep in mind that we will also be having social get-togethers and other events periodically on other days of the week, so no matter what day our meeting falls on you will still be able to participate in VAA activities!
