To elaborate more on the "FREE FOOD AND DRINKS!" bribe, 

After you spend some time in the (possibly) cold weather, any painters of beta-bridge are invited to my apartment (474-8 lambeth) for hot drinks and light snacks. My particular Lambeth apartment is an approximately a 6minute walk from Beta, and we'll most likely be walking over in a group.
