Announcement List for the Virginia Atheists & Agnostics

Hey Everyone,

To all the new individuals on the mailing list: We, the Virginia Atheists and Agnostics (VAA), welcome you! 

Firstly, tomorrow night will be our interest meeting. Here, you will be able to learn more about the nature of our club and our plans for the semester. We'll be talking about why the VAA is important, how its activities resonate with the larger secular movement in the United States, and generally all the ways that we're sure you'll have have fun and enjoy yourself if you remain a part of our community. And we will have free snacks and drinks!

Our officers will tell you what they're going to be doing to ensure the VAA's awesomeness (like, hosting the American Humanist Association's President, David Niose, later in September.) But also, we'd like to hear from you, so come join us to share your input on what you'd like to see.
