Hello VAA,

I sent out an e-mail about this 2 weeks ago and some of you asked me to send out an e-mail next time it was.

Well, the next time is on Friday. It turns out I will pretty much never be able to attend unfortunately, so don't expect that. I asked about the topic and here is the response:

The discussion will take place at the same time and place, that is: 4-5 PM at 128 Chancellor St. (Christian Study Center behind Bank of America on the corner)

Discussion will be centered around chapters three and four of Francis Collins' book The Language of God, entitled:
3: The Origins of the Universe
4: Life on Earth: of Microbes and Man

The book is a very easy read (readings would take under an hour) and though preferable, it is certainly not necessary to have read it as I will provide some summary.

Hope you're all having a good week in spite of our not having a meeting. On that note, if any of you would like to have a social gathering at the same time somewhere, send me an e-mail with a place and I'll send out a quick blurb to the listserv. Granted, it will be a bit late so somewhere near campus is most likely preferable and many people may not have time to see it.

/Jonathan
