Hello VAAers! Welcome to the (exactly) 100 new subscribers to the mailing lists. I hope you'll also take the time to come out and meet us in person at least once this semester, which leads me to my next point: Our first (very informal) meeting is this Thursday at 7:00pm at the West Range Cafe. Everyone is invited, members new and old alike. For those new to campus, the West Range Cafe is located on the Range, in Hotel E <http://www.virginia.edu/webmap/academicalVillage.html> for a map. My last order of business for the first email of the year is to ask everyone to please vote for a meeting time, even if you only think you'd like to stop by once. You have two options; Wednesday or Thursday, both at 7:00pm. Vote by emailing me back with your preference, and I'll announce our first more formal meeting over the weekend.
