I hope you are doing well. I am trying to get a sense of your experiences with external reviews. Specifically:

• Have you had one at your campus? 
• If so, did you find it to be helpful? In what ways?
• Were you involved in the process?
• What did you do (if anything) with the information?
• What challenges did you face?
• Is there anyone you recommend?
• If you have not done one - is it something you are interested in?

Thank you for any information you can provide. In my work with campuses, I am trying to get a sense of what can be most helpful in their progression.
