Hello!

The Red Flag Campaign is a bystander intervention program that educates college students about sexual assault, dating violence, and stalking by highlighting the red flags that students may see in a friend’s relationship. The campaign includes a digital guide for implementation, miniature red flags, and printed posters featuring active bystander responses to warning signs for emotional abuse, stalking, microaggressions, and other controlling and isolating behaviors. In 2023, we launched two poster series (Series C and D), which include language around interrupting microaggressions and promoting joyful sexuality; you can click here to compare and explore each series.

We are excited to announce that we have just updated the digital Campus Planning Guide to include more information about bystander intervention as a strategy for violence prevention, new turnkey artwork for social media posts, and printable handouts about effective bystander intervention strategies, how to respond to microaggressions as a form of dating violence, and why healthy sexuality is a key form of violence prevention.

To celebrate the release of these new materials, we are offering 25% off the Red Flag Campaign through Memorial Day (May 26th, 2024). Use discount codes VSDVAA25FC for a Full package or VSDVAA25HC for a Half package at checkout in the Red Flag Campaign store.

As you are planning for next semester’s programming – especially for Domestic Violence Awareness Month and next year’s Teen Dating Violence and Sexual Assault Awareness Months – consider including the Red Flag Campaign in your campus’s prevention plan! Our store also offers t-shirts and other materials to engage the campus community in supporting violence prevention.

If you have any questions about the Red Flag Campaign (https://www.theredflagcampaign.org/) , please don’t hesitate to reach out to Kate McCord for assistance at .

Sincerely,
