Hello all.  

Lots of great resources out there for SAAM.  I want to offer one more for your consideration as it relates to reaching survivors from diverse communities (BIPOC, male survivors, LGBTQIA+, all ages, military/veterans and more.) 

Coping Resources has developed a poster to let ALL survivors know they deserve support after a sexual assault.  The pdf poster is available for free download. You can print it and use the space at the bottom to add your organization/school's contact info. I will try to include a copy of the poster to this email but I'm not sure if it will work. Or, if you prefer to have them custom printed on glossy paper with your contact info, you can order them at a significantly reduced rate for SAAM.

Posting these throughout your community is one more way to reach all survivors and to let them know you welcome them at your program.  

On a personal note, it is incredibly sad to know how many survivors do not seek support or do not feel they belong.  Now, more than ever, we need to make sure every survivor knows they are welcome and deserve to be treated with compassionate care. Also, full disclosure, I am the owner of Coping Resources and I'm proud of our diverse national advisory team that gives input on our publications.  I welcome your feedback too.
