Subject: campus pd passing cases to city pd

 

Hey all -

 

I hope you had a lovely weekend. So i just discovered that a campus PD (of sworn legit officers), cannot investigate any SA cases "involving penetration." They shared that they have to send those to the city PD as their DA won't take any cases like this from campus.

 

Have any of you seen similar constraints/power issues placed on your campus PD?
