Hello!
--
We are excited to announce an opening for a newly created position at our institution--Health Education Specialist. This individual will coordinate our campus' implementation of a new multi-level violence prevention program that is currently being developed through a partnership between the Missouri Department of Health and Human Services, Missouri Partners in Prevention, and the Missouri Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence. This new program will use the Collective Impact framework and address four primary areas: interpersonal violence, alcohol and other drug misuse, bias/discrimination, and mental health/suicidality.
Please consider joining us! The University of Central Missouri is a great place to work! This is a full-time benefits eligible position. Benefits include competitive salary; health, dental, vision, life insurance, AD & D, long-term disability; 3 weeks paid vacation per year; 3 weeks of accrued sick leave per year; 13 paid holidays; retirement; and generous education assistance for employee, spouse and dependent children taking classes at UCM. Plus, our Campus Community Health team is awesome!
Thank you for sharing this notice widely,
Amy
