Hello all!

 

This year, the Action Alliance’s Culture Change Team will be updating our Red Flag Campaign posters (as seen here: http://www.theredflagcampaign.org/campaign). To start this process, we hope to form several virtual focus groups of diverse groups of students from various colleges and universities in Virginia. We will ask for the students’ feedback on the current posters, what red flags they would like to see on the new posters, content on healthy sexuality that may be added to the curriculum, and later down the line recruit models for the new posters. Students will receive stipends for participating.

 

We want your help!

• We would like to know your thoughts about retiring Series A + B posters or slightly updating them in this process. Would you like to see Series A + B replaced by an entirely new set of posters, or would you like to see us update Series A + B (i.e. update the language, but keep the original photos and artwork) in addition to adding new sets of posters to the campaign (e.g., Series C, Series D)?
• Are you able and willing to help us convene groups of students for several focus groups? This will involve recruiting students from your campus in April and in June and sharing their contact information with us.
• Would you be interested in participating as a member of the new Red Flag Campaign Advisory Committee? In 2022, the Red Flag Campaign Advisory Committee will focus on guiding the poster update process and recruiting students to provide valuable feedback to The Red Flag Campaign poster update process.

 

Campuses that recruit students for focus groups will receive a complimentary updated Red Flag Campaign package! If you are interested and able to assist with this project, please email us at at your earliest convenience. We would love to have this info by mid-March.
